Delivery

Each artwork is securely packaged with corner protectors and sturdy packaging and shipped with insurance. Original artworks are often shipped directly from the artist’s studio—please allow 5–10 business days. You will be notified as soon as your artwork has been shipped.

Large-scale works and sculptures

Works larger than 100 cm and sculptures are delivered by arrangement—we’ll contact you after your purchase to find the best solution.

Return

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. Please contact us at info@evokemedia.dk before returning the item, and we will guide you through the process. The artwork must be returned insured and in its original packaging.

Damaged upon arrival?

Take photos of the packaging and the damage right away and contact us within 48 hours—we'll find a solution quickly.
