Prices and Payment

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT. Payment is processed securely via credit card or MobilePay. The amount will be charged once the order is confirmed.

Delivery

Artworks are securely packaged and shipped with insurance, or delivered as agreed. The estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, as original artworks are often shipped directly from the artist. See more under Delivery & Returns.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the artwork, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition. Return shipping is at your own expense and should be insured.

Complaint

The rules regarding complaints under the Sale of Goods Act apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if a piece arrives damaged—feel free to attach photos of the packaging and the damage.

Authenticity

Original works and limited editions come with a certificate of authenticity from the artist, when this is indicated on the work's page.
