Terms and Conditions for Registration Before Opening · Last updated September 1, 2026.

1. Who is behind Evoke Art?

2. The platform is not yet open for purchases

During this period, you can register as an art buyer or apply to become an artist. The gallery, the shop, and the other platform features are temporarily closed to the public, even if you have an account. We will announce the reopening separately; registration does not guarantee a specific opening date, a specific artwork, or a special right to purchase.

3. Free registration as an art buyer

Signing up creates a free customer account with Evoke Art or links your registration to an existing account with the same email address. You must use your own email address. A phone number is optional. You are under no obligation to make a purchase, and signing up does not initiate a paid subscription. We do not ask for a credit card during registration.

You will receive the necessary information about setting up your account and securing access to it. Your account will not grant access to the platform's restricted features until we make them available.

4. You can choose whether to receive an email about the opening

You can opt in separately to receive emails from Evoke Art regarding Evoke Art’s opening. Evoke Art is the name of the service and the brand; EvokeMedia is the legal entity behind Evoke Art and is responsible for sending these emails. Checking this box is voluntary and is not a requirement for a free account or for the evaluation of an artist’s application. It does not constitute consent to receive SMS marketing, telemarketing, or newsletters regarding EvokeMedia’s other services.

You can withdraw your consent by emailing info@evokemedia.dk. You may also use any unsubscribe link included in a newsletter. Unsubscribing does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing and does not, in and of itself, close your account.

5. Application as an Artist

We evaluate applications on a case-by-case basis. An application is merely a request to be considered and does not guarantee acceptance, exhibition, or sale. By submitting your application, you are not entering into an artist agreement nor are you agreeing to any license, transfer of rights, exclusivity, commission, subscription, payment, delivery, or other collaborative obligation. You must have sole rights to share the images and other information you submit to us so that we can confidentially evaluate your application. If your application is approved, we will send you all terms of collaboration in a separate step, at which point you are free to choose whether to accept them and proceed.

6. Account, Information, and Unsubscription

Keep your contact information up to date, and do not share your login information. Contact us if you need help, want to correct your information, or want to close your account. The processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Existing Agreements and Future Purchases

These terms apply to registrations made during the period prior to the public launch. They do not affect purchases or other agreements that have already been made. If you have an existing order or a question about delivery, returns, or complaints, you can still contact EvokeMedia at the email address or phone number listed above.

Before new purchases become possible, we provide the terms and conditions for active sales, including information about the seller, payment, delivery, cancellation, claims, and complaints. Free registration does not imply acceptance of future paid services.

8. Changes and Inquiries

The current version and update date are listed on this page. We will notify you of any significant changes that affect your registration as appropriate. New marketing purposes require new consent where necessary. Danish law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Please contact EvokeMedia first if you have a complaint or need assistance.
